Colon Logistics Park (CLP) is built within the Colon Container Terminal (CCT) concession , one of three ports on the Atlantic side of Panama. These three ports handle over 60% of the 7 million TEUs handled in the Panama port system, largest container transhipment hub in all of Latin America.

CLP facilities are built to meet international standards, with the needs of multinational corporations in mind, with the possibility of servicing clients throughout the Latin American and Caribbean markets.

  • The first phase of the project includes three warehouses of approximately 18,000 square meters each, 40 dock doors
  • Operationally run via the SIGA system of the Panama Customs Authority
  • The buildings are 13 meters high at the highest part and 11 meters high at eaves.
  • All buildings are fully sprinklered to NFPA standards with the park having its own water supply (wet system) with a 160,000 gallon tank capacity
  • Building #1 is 85 meters by 209 meters long, has 40 loading docks on the west side and 4 street level access ramps
  • Floor capacity is rated to 3,000 kilos per square meter.
  • The walls and roof are constructed with HDP foam panels with an R factor of 14.
  • The roof has been designed to support solar panels should the tenant wish to install them.
  • Private security provided by the CCT security team 24/7, Axis Perimeter Defender CCTV system monitored actively by the CCT security team.
  • The perimeter of the park is walled off and has its own security as well as street access to Randolph Road via its own access gate for imports/exports to/from the park.
  • Customs authority on site from 8 am to 8 pm. Available to work overtime as required.
